All roses sold by April & Ashley are considered final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Refusing delivery of the package does not constitute a cancellation and may result in additional charges.

When ordering rose bushes, you will be prompted to select an order ship date. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground. Please allow 4-5 days for delivery.

When ordering cut roses, you will be prompted to select a delivery date. All orders are shipped using UPS Express. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by UPS.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, we, unfortunately, cannot change the shipping address for your order.
